Hey Pigeon is a personal, independently developed application, provided free of charge for personal use.

As-is, no warranty

Hey Pigeon is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer is not liable for any loss of data, missed email, or other damages arising from use of the app. It is your responsibility to keep backups of anything important.

Your Google Account and other providers

Hey Pigeon connects to your Google Account and, optionally, an AI provider (e.g. OpenAI) using credentials you supply. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. Hey Pigeon has no control over, and is not responsible for, those services.

Acceptable use

Don't use Hey Pigeon to violate Google's or any AI provider's terms of service, or applicable law.
